Chosen Solution
All of sudden my xbr 65 inch 850F 4K tv screen got blank . I called Sony repair centre. Engineer told me the issue is for t-con board . I changed t-con board but the problem remains unsolved. I purchased t con board by matching number 6871L 5317B . As t con board is available with these numbers only .Do I need to match the full number of t con board starting with 6871L- 5371B. Or the issues with tv is not related to t con board.
The “mild” light would be the backlight, so the problem is no video signal. If you see other symptoms that are listed it might give you additional clues.
