hello, my galaxy s8 plus screen is black, it works but the screen is black and I tried multiple methods to fix it but it wont work, I’m going to the sprint store to get it fixed but I want to backup my photos and videos before I do. I tried connecting it to my computer to access the files and trying to navigate where everything is while the screen on the phone is still blank but it’s hard to do that. Is there any other way I can backup my stuff?
