Chosen Solution

My xbox one x is recently having a issue. where whenever i launch a game or play it. the screen starts to go black and back to normal until it’s completely black and i can’t do anything. and sometimes it does this when I’m just sitting on dashboard. but when i stream my xbox to my pc using Xbox App. it shows everything completely normal.

There could be a couple problems It might be your tvIt could be your xbox which in thst case you should hold down the power button until it does a restart, or do a console restart and to that look it up…Also you can press the home button and hover over the my games and apps and press the start button (right of the home button) and press refresh, this will refresh every game and app.
