Hey, It has been two weeks since I’ve spilled liquid into my MacBook. It was set to dry for a week, and afterwards the keyboard was cleaned. Now when I turn it on the screen flickers. The pixel seem to have a freezelike behavior, as you can see the old content on the screen when I switch it. On one of the videos I move the screen back and forward, which changes the flickering. What seems to be the problem? The screen itself? The cable? Or something third? Thanks

Your displays T-CON board has liquid damage. unlike older generations which had it within the display, the newer series placed it within the main case just above the air vents along the back edge so its at risk of liquid damage.

You can try cleaning it of any corrosion, otherwise you’ll need to replace the full display assembly as this is not removable MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2016-2017) Display Assembly
