Did a screen replacement yesterday. Unfortunately the tutorial video I was watching didn’t mention to unplug the battery before replacing the screen which I think may be the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this screen flicker? thanks. ``

Try another screen replacement. What type of display did you use? Soft oled, hard oled, or LCD?
I’m using an LCD. Although I think replacing the screen may have also done something strange to the battery as now when I power the phone off I need to heat it up just to turn it back on.
I replaced my cracked XS screen, using ifixit LCD set. Ever since, it flickers as if someone is taking photos every now and then.
