I have a digihome 49287fhdd there’s no picture but the screen isn’t cracked etc you can hear sound also when aerial is in need help it’s racking my brain????
reece.cooper.1993 this could be a power board, T-con board, backlight array issue. Of course the panel can never be totally excluded. You do want to unhook everything from the input side and then just connect one source. Also, let us know if your onscreen menu comes up or if everything stays dark. You want to start off by turning the TV on and make sure that you have a channel that is broadcasting and producing sound. Then, in a darkened room, shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. check if that allow you to make out shapes and silhouettes. If so, it is your backlight. if not then you will have to dig a bit deeper. Check the voltages on your power board going to the main board etc. For more help on that we need to see what you see.
