Everything seems to work except that the screen doesn’t turn on. Not even with a replacement screen. Any way to fix this without doing difficult soldering?
Did you forget to unplug the battery before doing the screen replacement? Try shining a flashlight on the screen and see if you can see dim display which would mean the phone has a backlight issue, that requires board-level / microsoldering to repair.
