My MacBook seems to be displaying these green pixels and sometimes I have a faint flicker of green lines across the screen every once in awhile. I’ve rest my computer multiple times, I booted in safe mode, and I’ve reset my NVRAM as well with no improvement. Is there any way to fix this? If so how much would it cost?

Let’s try some simple maintenance actions to see if that fixes this. Over time dust and debris build up inside which effects the systems cooling and when that happens you can get artifacts on the screen as the logic is overheating. I do this every four or so years so your system is do. You’ll need to get the needed tools to open your system as well as a small soft paint brush (1/4 ~ 3/8”) as well as a can of can’ed air. Here’s the guide in taking the bottom cover off MacBook Pro 15" Touch Bar Late 2016 Lower Case Replacement Using the brush lightly wipe the logic board to loosen the debris that’s stuck to it, then with a few short blasts of the can’ed air blow the junk away. Repeat cleaning the fans and heat sink fin areas as best as you can. If you are up to it removing the fans will offer more access to the fins and fan blades. Don’t forget the lid and keyboard. I would also install a good thermal monitoring app which can also improve the systems cooling when the system is running hot setting the fans into turbo mode. I find this one is one of the best apps!
