Chosen Solution
Hello! I woke up this morning to find my phone refusing to work. Upon lighting up, the screen is stuck with a bright white/yellow block where the keyboard should be, with faint keyboard markings. The rest of the screen is very dim and can’t really be seen around it. Have tried restarting it several times but i can’t open the lockscreen or access the phone due to the keyboard block. Screen is not cracked or broken either. (sorry for terrible image quality. had to use an old webcam for the photo)
Can you post an image of the phone showing the yellow / black block on the bottom of the screen? I suspect the screen display is failing. Adding images to an existing question
