Screen Comes When Operating But It S Gone Whitish Lg Television

Hi everyone, I’ve the same symptome with my TV LG : 55UF6450-UA. The TV turn on, the screen comes when operating but it’s gone whitish when watching YouTube or stations or HDMI input. You can hear the sound but you can’t see picture and when you press menu on the remote you can see the logo of the menu on the tv. If someone find a solution please contact me. Thnks,

@ladj this could be screen issue (unlikely since it shows the menu) or a mainboard/tcon board issue. Try a different video input, not your HDMI port. Let us know if that makes a difference. Right now I favor the main board as the culprit but we need to get more details first.
