Hi @joopooloo , You may have to disable (or uninstall it) Norton A/V so that you can start the laptop normally, and then either enable it again or re-install it as it appears that it may be the problem. Suggest that you start the laptop in “safe mode” (scroll down to To use the F8 key to start Windows XP in Safe mode - select Safe Mode with Networking) and then use this guide to fix your A/V problem. I’m not sure what you mean by the 4 hole USB port problem?
