Screen Color Fades Fails In Certain Positions Macbook Pro 13 Function Keys 2017

Hello, My screen appears to have a loose connection, if I open the MacBook an inch the screen is clear and normal, when fully opened it looses a lot of color and is hardly visible. When I connect to an external display the color is normal. My question is what do i need to replace, the whole screen or just open it up to look for a loose connection? Thanks, Mark

Sadly the T-CON board has failed you you’ll need to replace the full display assembly to fix this.
