Chosen Solution
I bought my fitbit luxe just over a year ago…(purchased October 2021), so now I have no more warranty! A week or two ago I suddenly found it VERY difficult to swipe the screen left or right -I tried restarting, no luck Today I am unable to swipe it up/down, or single tap - I can ONLY double tap on it Would a screen replacement be possible, and would it solve my situation?
Fitbits aren’t designed to be fixed. Fitbit are like apple and they would rather you buy a new one. I’ve fixed fitbits in the past and to be honest some aren’t even worth fixing. I’d look for something else not made by fitbit.
