Hey! The reason an electronic circuit will say that the device is jammed, while its not, is because it is being mechanically tricked, or it’s software is failing. Software failure is very uncommon on printers, as you are rarely updating it. Disassembling the Paper feed, then reassembling it will fix your issue if there is no damaged parts.
