Sanyo Television Model # DP32671 Television will not turn on. The red light will come on and stay on when plugged. I can get the green light to flash for a second by unplugging the television and holding the power button down while plugging it back in. This will cause the green light to come on but only for a moment than the green light goes off and the red light comes back on. I am wondering if it is the power board, if so do you have any in stock and can will you ship to Louisiana? Thanks Paul
Sounds like classic switched mode startup failure. Either replace the board ($$) or find someone to swap out the specific capacitors in it. Any and all 10uF+, just swap them out. It’s about $10-$20 parts and ~1-2 hours labor.
