Chosen Solution
Just purchased Jumanji Welcome to the jungle and it doesn’t play in this dvd player, Removed the disc, cleaned out the dvd player , put back in and no go. It says Read for a bit then stop. When I hit Play it says SEQ PLAY for an instant then STOP. The disc plays in my playstation. Other DVDs play in this player, Tried multiple ones and it is fine. I checked the sanyo’s website to see if there is some sort of File I can download and place onto a dvd then play on the player to update firmware, but NOPE. nothing. I am at a loss. Whats up?
Is it a bluray disc? Take it back to the store they should replace the player Update (04/05/2018) Oh is it just that specific disc that wont play in your player? Make sure its clean, or try to return it and say it wont play
