Samsung WF350ANR/XAA front load washing machine started to become unbalanced regardless of load size (or even empty). As it nears the cycle end to start the high spin cycle, it just shakes, stops and keeps trying. I have: leveled the feet, replaced all 4 shock absorbers (front and back), replaced the internal balancer ring in the drum and even replaced the support/spider arm in the back of the drum as well. The support arm was definitely a problem … the ball bearings were everywhere in the drum. The only other thing i can think of is the two springs that secure the drum to the top/sides of the machine housing. maybe they are bad? Has anyone ever encountered this to have any suggestions? There are no error codes. it just keeps running till you intervene and turn the machine off.

Hi @danfixesit , Don’t know the answer but here’s the fastrack troubleshooting guide for the washer. This details how to perform diagnostic tests for all the functions of the machine. It is interesting that you say that there are no error codes as an “unbalance error” LED code or LCD display is shown in the list of possible errors, even though there is no answer for solving it apart from rearranging the load. Maybe clearing the eeprom as described in the guide and then starting again may show up something. Hopefully this may help.
