We have this TV which has standby light which turns on and off by remote. But there is no display or sound. Did flashlight test- nothing. Tried checking voltages on power board - all voltages look normal except on the connector going to display panel. The voltages going to LED strips are staying zero while the power is @ 300 V. I tried connecting LED tester to see if if turns on the display and it does. When connected with LED tester the voltage stays at around 30V for S1, S2 and S3 and the display turns on but not otherwise. I have already replaced mainboard. Disconnecting main board from power board does not turn the backlight on, so I am suspecting power supply board. Couldn’t find power board as those are out of stock at shopjimmy and others. am I on right track? Any/all suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

@joeystart this “Disconnecting main board from power board does not turn the backlight on” sure looks like a bad power board. This “Couldn’t find power board” is another indication that the power board has some sort of design failure. The reason why it is not available is because everybody needed it and there just are no more. Seen it many times with Samsung power supplies.
