Chosen Solution
Hello I have problem with my Samsung UE43RU7172. I see there’s option to add bluetooth speakers but there’s no option to pair keyboard/mouse/game controller via bluetooth. I saw screens it should be available in Samsung Settings -> General -> External Device Manager -> something like Bluetooth devices but I am missing this. I have checked service menu and Bluetooth is on there’s bluetooth adress etc.
@obieq this is what I get from the manual Settings >General>External Device Manager>Input Device Manager>Bluetooth Device List " This function may not be supported depending on the model or geographical area.” " If your device was not detected, position the keyboard close to the TV, and then select Refresh. The TV scans for available devices again.” " If you connect a mouse, it is available only in the Internet app.” Let us know what you are trying to connect. If your model does support it (I am not yet convinced that just because there is a bluetooth address proves that your model supports it) you may need to check the firmware for your TV and update if needed.
