Hi i have this problem with my samsung tv (serial number in the title) that it keeps restarting approx every 20 sec ( turns off and on by itself). I have checked the remote(removed batteries) but still the same. Cant perform a software update because the tv restarts too frequently. So might cause damage to the system.
i have added some pictures of the main board etc. Please help.

@joe971 2nd picture looks odd. Take a couple others of that board (BTW that is your main board). It looks like either the heatsinks are rotate or the IC’s are rotated which would indicate that they needed to be reballed etc. Do a top down picture as well as some from the sides so we can try to make out if the processors are still connected. If not then that would explain your symptoms and would require either a reballing or a replacement board
