Chosen Solution
The TV is UN55NU7100FXZA with power supply L55E6N_NHS. The TV turns on but I don’t see any backlight and of course no display. The remote assistant does come on but talks very fast. I looked at the CNM801 connector from the PS to the main board. Pins 3, 5, 7, 9 is labeled as 13V - but using a multimeter I read 26V on each. What could the problem be?
Hey @bren_g it sounds like there was a circuit that shorted and now over supplying power to other boards. I would replace the power board and test power again on all boards.
