Chosen Solution

I got a tv from someone that upgraded. I have sound. The screen image is ok when it first turns on .Then horizontal lines appear . The image jumps and gives double images/ghosting . As far as I can see none of the horizontal lines appear to be black .After a while vertical lines appear.

The lines jump around and sometimes part of the picture is ok and then part have lines . I have been reading and here is how I plan to proceed 1)Open the panel and check for loose ribbon cables/reseat on tabs if necessary 2) From what I read the T-Con board and Main board on this model are together on the same board.That may mean isolating to bust out a soldering iron. I am attaching a pic to see if I may be approaching this the correct way or it may be a bad panel .

@shogun61 horizontal lines are never caused by a bad t-con board or main board. Those are exclusively caused by a failure of the LCD driver board. Repairs of that are very limited since there just is not enough information. The LCD driver board is the board where the ribbon cables from the t-con board connect to. You can check a few things on it but we need to know what model this board is
