I have a Samsung UN55NU6950 TV, had it for a year now and for some reason on all devices every now and then the audio stutters. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does, the audio stutters for a second about every minute. It happens on both the TV’s sound and when I plug in my soundbar it happens on that as well? What is going on?
@misterpink47 Check all your inputs to see if it changes. Make sure that you try this while you are disconnected from any type of Network etc. If it is truly localized to your TV than it is most likely an issue with the audio IC’s on your main board. You can try a set of headphone and see if you have the issue with those as well. Sometimes this can also be caused by some conflict in the firmware. Check the user manual for your TV about validating and upgrading your firmware.
I called Samsung support and he says he’s heard of this but didn’t go into detail. Reset TV to original settings. Still stuttering.
