Hi I have Samsung Smart TV UA43KU7000K. After the warranty been expired I had Backlight Circles spots as in the attached photo. Can you please inform the solution, shall I change the led strips and which model of led strips shall I use? It is a wave in the paper reflector. @oldturkey03 What do u suggest?
@hadirawal no image attached to your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question to add pictures to your QUESTION. From what you are describing it does sound like some of the diffuser caps have come off the LED’s. A lot of times you can glue them back on. Of course we will have to see what it looks like to verify this.
