my samsung smart tv is stuck on the start screen it was working fine last night but won’t get past the samsung logo at the beginning. controller has been unresponsive. any ideas or anyone solved this problem? thanks Update (02/13/2017) would i have to replace the mother board or power board?
@drew24 , Andrew, On some models this reset may work, disconnect TV from outlet, press and hold the power button on the TV itself for about 30 seconds. Wait a minute, plug the set back in and press power button once. If this does not correct your issue, check your warranty and use it if still valid for repair/replacement/refund, as it could be a more serious issue faulty board capacitors, bad board, etc., which will need torn down, further testing and diagnosing.
