Hi, Just to be on the safe side, I would get another cover. You can get one right here on iFixit for $5.62. Replace it if it became damaged after you opened the phone or if looks like it needs it.
Hello Duarte You need adhesive for the battery and for the glass cover. If you don’t replace the adhesive, it will come loose. Remember not to wet the terminal after opening it. Gradually heat the glass lid and use a card or some plastic object to open it. Look at the tutorial to see what you can damage if you insert the tool a lot.
