My 65” Samsung plasma TV screen won’t turn on. The whole screen is black. I followed your instruction but yet still can’t power on… BTW, my red light only flashes 1 time when I push the power button on TV 1 time. If I keep pressing the buttons on remote control, the red light would keep blinking, but the whole screen is still black. My TV’s red standby power light is NOT on when the power is connected to the TV. (The Samsung plasma TV model number is PN64D7000FFXZA ) PLEASE HELP! Thank you!
@A L Here’s the SamsungPN64D7000FFXZA Fast track guide that may help. Be patient as it takes a little while to find the file when going from processing to download, after you have passed the security check and clicked on Go to download, below the document preview box. Check that there is Standby 5V on the power board (SMPS) CN801 pin 2 and that it is also there on the mainboard CN201 pin 2. when the power is connected to the TV It is the mainboard that turns on the Standby power light when the 5V is supplied by the power board. If there is no 5V leaving the power board then the problem is on the power board. If there is 5V at the mainboard then the problem may be in the mainboard.
