Hi All! A customer brought me an S6 that won’t charge and gets hot when plugged in. It won’t turn on and no lights. She used the charger on her daughters and sons tablets and now they won’t charge either. It’s a weird situation. Multiple chargers won’t work on all three devices. Any Suggestions? Thank you! Steve
The charger may have been putting out too much power and damaged rhe charging circuit, often can be fixed by replacing the daughterboard with the usb port on it
