Hi guys, My samsung LED TV not turning ON, I can hear continuous clicking sound from power relay (on Power board), whenever i unplug main board from power board, clicking sound disappear, but still no light visible even from hole of backside, NOTE- Not observed any type of over heating, bulged cap, getting stand by voltage 5V. Power Board model - PD46AF1E_ ZSM BN44 00357A
main board model - CN09BN9500411AL003ZCG0024 (LTF400HJO5 - LTJ400HJ05-A)
Checked voltage from main board to power board, it’s dropping Prompt reply will be highly appreciated, Regards Satendra from INDIA
Satendra g disconnect the cable going from the main board to the power board. Then turn your TV on. Let us know if your backlight comes on. TROUBLESHOOTING No Power SYMPTOM The LEDs on the front panel do not work when connecting the power cord.The SMPS relay does not work when connecting the power cord. The units appears to be dead. CHECK POINTS The IP relay or the LEDs on the front panel does not work when connecting the power cord if the cables are improperly connected or the Main Board or SMPS is not functioning. In this case, check the following:Check the internal cable connection status inside the unit. Check the fuses of each part. Check the output voltage of SMPS. Replace the Main Board. Check ‘Main power input’ ? - BD1026 : B18VS_PW - BD1020: B13V - BD1023 : B5V Check Output of ‘Stand-By Power IC’ ? - Pin#3 of IC4 : A3.3V > Change the Main Assy. Check Input power of ‘T-con b’d’ - F1(T-CON) : B13V > Reconnect or Change the LVDS cable. Check Power of ‘T-con b’d’. - L9(T-CON) : VCC12 - TP_VCC33 : VCC33 > Change the T-con B’d.
