Hi. I have Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9506 and I replaced the LCD screen on that phone I replaced the screen with the frame. Client of mine dropped his phone the other day and talk to me to change the lcd. After I did that I noticed some weird stuff going on after I booted the phone. Answer to my own question. This is a hardware problem. All LCDs for GT-I9506 are defected.
The frame is different from 9505 and so the board shorts when you screw the back cover.
