Chosen Solution
I have had this Samsung Galaxy S6 for only a little over a week. Today, when I tried charging the phone, it wasn’t charging. Instead, it flickered for a few seconds and showed a black screen with an “x”, which opened the VR setup. I tried many chargers and ports and none worked. It charges for a split second, and stops. Also, one time I tried to charge it, it went to “factory mode” telling me it was downloading. Currently the phone is at 0%. Can anyone help me fix this charging issue?
If it’s covered under warranty as the phone is only a week old I recommend getting it replaced by Samsung / or the store you got it from.
