I saw this guy online who put together an iphone out of salvaged parts. I was wondering if that would be possable with a samsung galaxy and if so was wondering if any one could please supply me with a list of parts. Thanks

It all depends on how it’s bought, you can get them pre-assembled, or by individual part. This list excludes any adhesive tapes that may be needed if they aren’t on the parts already.
