I cracked the screen on my phone ordered a new screen lens and repair kit now I just need to know how to take the thing apart I take off the back panel and take out the battery and there are no screws I’m stuck I don’t wanna just tear in to it and break something can anyone give me any advice
Get a very thin pry tool. Force it into one of the corners and then level it out. Slide the pry tool around both ling sides multiple tomes until you can do it easily. For the top side insert it just enough so that it doesn’t push the earspeaker grills and then let it poke out of the hole. Try to get the pry tool over the grill and then on the tip of it get it under the other side of the grill. Now slide back and forth until easy. for bottom just push through until you get to the home button. Then start again from other side. Once done with all steps insert the pry tool at the bottom of the screen and pull up with your fingers until the screen lifts. Then remove the connector cover and unplug the screen. Now clean off all of the leftover glue. Now apply new glue. Then connect new screen. Now put back connector cover. Now line up both top and bottom of screen with phone and the push down on all sides for about a minute and boom you are done.
