I have a Samsung Galaxy A51 which is stuck on the charging icon (lightning bolt). It shows no battery percentage. I tried replacing the battery and charging port but the problem remains the same. There is no liquid damage inside the device. Is there something I haven’t thought off? Or is it a main board issue? I also tried force restarting the device with the volume - and power button
My approach would be: disconnect the battery and connect multimeter leads to the battery connector on the motherboard. Then, plug-in a charging cord and look for voltage (might not be continuous, could be pulses). If the motherboard is putting voltage to the battery connector, then you can assume that the issue is with the battery itself. If the motherboard is not putting voltage to the battery connector, then you may have a damaged PMIC, or a short circuit on the charging system.
I have the same problem my Samsung galaxy A51 stuck at 67% percent never progressive what should I do?
