My a20 doesn’t turn on or charge and it doesn’t charge. I tried leaving it to charge overnight and force restart but nothing’s working. a week ago my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth started turning off by itself. Then it started restarting, and then it just didn’t turn on. please help. Update (11/20/2020)

Hi, Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port for any damage to the connector pins or accumulated lint etc that may be preventing a good electrical connection. If there is lint in the port enclosure, do not use a metal pin or probe to try and get it out as you may damage the pins or cause electrical problems in the phone. Use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck it out. If it still won’t budge the try using a sharpened wooden toothpick to gently prise it out If it appears to be OK then the phone will need to be opened and checked what the problem may be (loose charge port perhaps) Here’s a video that shows how to replace the charge port daughter board in the phone which may be of some help.
