Hi, You need to check if there is supply voltage at the TCO and then at the control board as per the troubleshooting flowchart Be safety aware if you try this as you are testing for lethal AC voltage. If you don’t know how to do this safely then don’t do it! Given that it is in a rental property this should be the responsibility of the landlord, not yours. Contact them or their agent about the problem.
