Hi, my brothers Samsung A40 stopped charging yesterday following him dropping it, resulting in the phone being bent. The phone is now completely dead and he has a replacement in the mail. However, he doesn’t want to lose all of his images and contacts. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Charging dock (Charging port or FPC connector) - needs replacement.

Main flex cable - needs replacement.

FPC connector on the motherboard - needs repair from technician.
