Chosen Solution
Tv makes clicking noise, will not turn on and has no standby light. I checked all the capacitors and visually they all look fine. I also checked the voltage on the pins and they are all correct but the values changes when the clicking occurs. I tool the power board off and wonder if it looks normal. It looks like it may be rusting or leaking on one of the pieces and i dont know if this is the problem. Hoping someone can tell me what i need to do based on the description and pictures.
