My Saeco Incanto has a message saying “Brewer blocked” and will not brew. Any help would be appreciated.
@newholm start by putting the unit in service mode and run some test according to the manual. Let us know what you find.
I had this problem and the techs reported that this error (brew unit blocked) was due to the power unit failing, which (Jan 2020) is no longer available. I am going to take it apart and see if the power unit can be repaired.
