saeco odea When I power on my machine from cold it indicates a flashing green light as normal in heat up mode, after about 30 seconds both top & bottom red indicator lights flash
i had the same probleme and i fixed it. For me it was the brwere motor. A new motor in Quebec Canada is worth about 75$ but i did not need a new one. The probleme was the spring the connecte to the positive lead with the carbon brush was disconnected.
