Hello everyone Ok so I have been using this wonderful device for 2 years with no problems at all. but for the past 2 months this error happens normally in different conditions ( while using, on the desk , in my pocket ,etc.) . It gives an error that sim card removed please restart your phone. Tried all methods in this 2 threads Xda sim card removed s4 Android central s4 sim card removed error Nothing really helped (applying pressure on the sim tray add a foam heat ic etc..) I went to Samsung in Turkey asking them if they can fix it they said it’s a faulty mainboard and we don’t change nor fix mainboards :D. Which left me with one option… I have to change the mainboard myself ( any other ideas would be awesome ) The problem is.. my phone is i9515 and it’s very limited here in Turkey. I could only find the i9505 mainboard which is exactly same spec for the i9515 ( I can’t order one online because Turkey uses registered imeis and buying one abroad will cause my phone to get blocked by network operators) will replacing the i9515 mainboard with a i9505 mainboard might cause a problem ? Thanks in advance :)

BEN: NO!!! I changed only SIM card and MicroSD reader and problem is continue. Same question, exist other comaptible mainboard for i9515? (fe 9505,9506,…)

Yes , for anyone facing the same problem Don’t change you sim tray Dont try anything The problem will happen again If you are using i9500 then buy a new mainboard for i9500 ( can be found easily) For i9505 also buy a i9505 mainboard ( can also be found easily) I9515 just buy an i9505 mainboard it will fit perfectly you just have to flash i9505 rom on the i9505 mainvoard (obviously!) That’s what i did, i ordered an i9505 mainboard for my i9515 from ali express ,flashed i9505 rom ,i got it for 40$ and everything went perfect.
