@bangbangtrs this could be lots of things from a bad MAF, bad crankshaft position sensor to a cam positions sensor and many things in between. I would suggest that you get the OBD scanned and see what codes your truck shows. At least then you have a starting point. You also want to let us know the exact year and engine size for your truck.
