We can’t get our tablet to stay landscape so the keyboard matches. What can be done?

When I used Google Chrome the RCA Voyager stayed in landscape mode to match the keyboard.
It is a major bug in some of these tablets. I have one that is OK and the other will not rotate correct. RCA could not help. I found; https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai… I use the full rotation modal and it works great.
