I have a battery that needs service according to diagnostics. The cost is $49 and I see kits in the $15~25 range. When I had a battery replaced last year, Best Buy bricked my phone and it was replaced. Q1. What causes a phone to brick when you replace the battery? Q2. The original battery is 1715 and other batteries are 2200 and 2500 that are sold as extra capacity. Are these safe to use?
