Both the phase and ground wires are at the correct position and soldered well…but its not working..why..?
Dino Ram, you must do a continuity test from the jack to the driver. If that checks out ok, you may have a bad driver (speaker). If it does not then it is possible that this is caused by a bad jack (connection).
