July 9 2020 Hi there, i tripped over the cord as a result the “in” part of thr port slanted and tore. that caused it to not grip prperly so i often had to press and wiggly in order for the pc to charge and the battery indicator light to go on. well, one fine morning when I plugged in again, the cgarger part , which has some yellow platic, crumbled. I purchased another charger it does not have the yellow plastic in the inside . PC light does not turn on or charge.
