Just replaced the lightning port, I am having a !&&* of a time reconnecting only just the very first ribbon cable! I haven’t even attempted other three yet. I’m afraid I already damaged the pins and it’ll never go back together. any tips or pointers?! i’m terrified I’ve destroyed the phone!
Are you sure you connect the connectors in the right sequence? Aline the connector and snap it in in the right/left corner then pres in the middle, if the pins are bent on the logic bord then you need to find someone to replace these connector. If the pins on screen flex are bent you need a replacement screen.
