Hello Gang! I snipped one of the cables for my RHA CL-750 earphones. Has anyone repaired such a break in a cable before who could share any tips? I tried a rough twisting the parts together but no luck. I’m not sure if there is a specific method needed, maybe someone has tried with other earphones?
I have not done this repair but if you have seen any micro soldering videos I am sure it’s possible. There will be a learning curve. Strip all cut wires back to clean copper. Add small heat shrink tubing, add flux, twist wires together, solder, heat the heat shrink tubing.
