Hi 9 weeks ago I replaced a Samsung S7 Lcd in my repair store. I use Samsung service packs (I know expensive but quality is fantastic) I give 3 Months Warranty on all repairs on any manufacturing faults The phone is back yesterday which a badly coloured lcd with lines and circles and a wide range of colours.
No signs of damage to glass or when off no signs of cracks on inner lcd but where do I stand on this? I’ve told customer it is not a valid warranty as it’s a damaged LCD. Could this really just happen like they maintain? Thanks
Looks like damage you see when you apply too much pressure when clamping the screen down. Are these assemblies LCD display only or coming with the frame and charging port assembly as well?
