Why does my back button not respond to touch? It tends to work on and off but I dont know what triggers the button to stop working.
More than likely it’s a hard failure. You may want to try and backup your data and restore the phone just to rule out a software glitch. I have personally seen this issue before and it was a hardware issue. The good news is the part is cheap.
